signed, sealed, delivered

Affidavits filled out, motions filed. The judge not only signed the restraining order forbidding bio to remove any of the children from the state but suspended all visitation until further notice. A court date has been set for after her departure. Things are looking up though we are not out of the clear yet. What oldest thinks will weigh heavy on the decision making of the court now that she is sixteen. Bio was served tonight. Tomorrow when all the kids are home we will sit them down and explain that they will not be seeing bio or moving anywhere. We have notified the schools and faxed over forms so she can not reach them there.

And they are all home and safe!!! Yippee!

I'm glad this legal step is done, sorry the emotional hard work is just beginning. I hope the children can appreciate this is all for their safety and sanity. Goddess Bless, you are in my prayers for peace and serenity. I gotta be honest, I don't think I could put up with one tenth of this B.S.
